The staff were really helpful and friendly...... went over and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is clean and location is ideal for a short walk into town, great liesure area too. Will definitely return
Only some rooms have air con ..... unfortunately ours didnt which meant the room was a bit too warm. We were provided with a fan though and kept this going most of the time.

Amazing warm welcome at this beautiful hotel. The staff really could not do enough for us. They even took my car to the local garage for me to get it checked over when I mentioned that a light had come on in my hire car!

Comfortable rooms, excellent indoor pool and thermal area. Staff very pleasant. Excellent breakfast.

Everything except I didn’t sleep well because the bed has hard for me… and my wife felt the same.
The beds were hard for me and my wife, but don’t address it unless you get more similar comments.
