The house has been renovated recently. It has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and spacious bedroom. The manager waited for us for 3 hours outside as there was a railroad strike, and trains to Baldichieri were canceled 😞. He offered us a free pass to the gym that he manages as well (the gym is located across the parking lot, don't be confused by the map), but we didn't have time to explore this opportunity.
I would not say that it was an issue for me, but others might find it somewhat worrisome that only the entrance door is locked and not the apartment.

Sistemazione nuova (a parte ingresso e scale, che davano di chiuso), comoda a tutti i servizi, pulita.
Abbiamo trovato acqua e macchinetta del caffè con cialde, attenzione graditissima e nemmeno mensionata nei servizi, come non era mensionata la tv e il phon, decisamente una bella sorpresa !!!
Possibilità di usare la palestra del proprietario, proprio dietro l'appartamento.
Consiglierei qualche accessorio in bagno, tipo portasciugamani e portabagnoschiuma in doccia.
Ottima comunicazione con il proprietario ed il suo braccio destro.
Torneremo sicuramente quando saremo in zona
