The accommodation was brilliant - loads of space, light and air and well equipped. The bedding and towels were lovely and clean. A perfect location to explore Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester.
It was grubby and needed a good clean throughout. The carpets were very grubby and the lounge furniture was stained. The toilets had cleaner in them but the sinks weren’t very clean. Not sure the carpets had been hoovered. The kitchen floor was dirty and there were crumbs on the work surface. The shower curtain fell down in the upper bathroom (we didn’t use this shower or the bath)

The location was good and the communication was excellent.
The kitchen equipment was not clean, the lounge requires more seating to match the number of bed spaces. More towels would be useful.
