struttura valida nel complesso, e' nuova e si vede.
Segnalo il fatto che ON PRO TRAVEL SOLUTIONS, pur avendo sollecitato piu' volte anche in forma scritta, non ha emesso la fattura per il pagamento del soggiorno (sono oltre 5000 EUR). Segnalo il fatto anche alla banca di riferimento Banco Montepio, il comportamento e' scorretto e privo di giustificazioni. Nessuna risposta da Instituto de Turismo de Cabo Verde al quale ho mandato una email. Segnalo anche che American Express e' accettata, nelle vostre informazioni erano citate solo VISA e Mastercard.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel, the setting, and the atmosphere truly deserve a 100/10. The staff were very welcoming, and I would especially like to thank the entertainment team and the aqua aerobics coaches for their energy, kindness, and positive attitude.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Hélia, who took care of me from beginning to end. She was always available, attentive, and responsive whenever I needed assistance.
a misunderstanding with the reception supervisor when we asked to extend our check-out time because our flight was very late at night. The receptionist initially asked us to come back so that she could check with her supervisor. When we returned, the supervisor refused our request, explaining that the room was already reserved, even though we were, of course, willing to pay the additional charges.

Das Resort, die Anlage, Garten, Zimmer sind wunderschön, auch da es sich um ein neues Resort handelt.
Service, Barausstattung war mangelhaft, bei der Beach-Bar waren zeitweise keine Getränke mehr vorhanden, kein Bier, kein Wein. Prosecco z.B. wird nirgends per Glas ausgeschenkt, man kann nur teure Flaschen erwerben. Das Buffetrestaurant ist zweckmässig aber die Qualität und Auswahl des Essens ist nicht mehr als Standard.
