The place was so clean and comfortable & cute and THE VIEW from the balcony is INCREDIBLE! Beds were super comfortable. It was stocked with FOUR fondue pots and a raclette set! They even provided the fuel, which was really generous. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked for cooking - knives were even super sharp, a rarity! Shower had great pressure and got really hot…but it’s TINY! About 2.5’ x 2.5’, so if you’re a larger person, it could be hard to fit comfortably.
Communication was terrible, actually non-existent. I sent a message the first night we arrived, asking where we could park (after reading every single word in the info sent over & not finding any mention of parking) & never got a reply. We only learned about the yellow parking pass when a neighbor helped us out (and found it inside) & we guessed at where we could park.
Code to open the lockbox to get the key was buried in a long message of fine print, really hard to find. A clear message about checkin through the app would have been so much easier.
And it wasn’t until we went to buy tickets to the Wengen gondola that we were informed that we should have a discount card from the place we’re staying — we had no idea & could have gotten 30% off. We found a piece of paper in the apartment after we got home… but we wouldn’t have known what it was… we were never informed of it.
Instructions about taking out the trash were also very confusing.

2- موقف السياره لم اعرف اين هو على ما سمعت ان يوجد كراج بس لم اجد المفتاح الخاص به

Was a fantastic please. The best vieuw ever.
The bathroom is too small. And the sofa is not confortable. But the rest is fine. We had a good time. But is better for 2 persons and a child.
