Love a place with aircon. The bed was extremely comfortable! Lots of privacy. Provided everything needed.
Aircons hadn’t been cleaned which I always check for as I have heyfever. Tv had scratch marks on it.

Great size for 4 people (two couples) as we were visiting family in Clontarf!
Has a great backyard available (although it is shared with hosts family)
Everything you could need for a stay is included!
Host was so quickly responsive, helpful and attentive!
Only issue was that we were below the hosts living space and could hear the kids bouncing and jumping on the floorboards. (Wasn’t a big issue for us but something to be mindful of if future stayers are light sleepers)

The location was perfect for where we needed to go, the apartment was a good size, very well shocked kitchen and a good dinning table and good sized fridge, good sized rooms and drawer with cupboards , lovely bathroom and a great size shower. Beds and blankets were great, didn't use the TV but there was one provided in a good size living area. My little girl loved the swings outside and the kids who lived upstairs were friendly to her. Apartment parking is also really good, no undercover which was fine as normally our vehicle doesn't fit. All in all the apartment was defiantly worth the money
The banging footsteps noise at 530am above, wooden floors from upstairs neighbors wasn't good when you have had a late night. Not there fault it's just the way it is with those types of floors and houses. You can hear every movement upstairs. Apart from that everything else was great

Beautiful space, clean, lovely decorated, peaceful gardens, amazing location short walk down to beach and lovely cafe on the corner. Beautiful welcome gift on arrival and prompt replies from Kelly. We were even allowed to check in early :) q
Worth noting the climbing frame ladder is broken so unsafe currently and only the slide for young kids to climb up.
Also worth noting there is a cat on the premises so if anyone allergic.. but my kids loved him and he was super affectionate for lots of pats :)
