Villa Sivo is a truly special place. It is beautifully designed and constructed. The lighting alone is amazing, as is the outside area, which is where we spent most of our holiday. We simply couldn’t leave; it was so comfortable and private. The garden, sun terrace and the undercover eating area is very special, so warm and inviting. The pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and a food prep area and BBQ. The villa itself is so well considered, so comfortable with plenty of room, again beautifully designed with rattan, natural stone and wood. It has everything you could need, together with plenty of toilet paper, washing up liquid and washing detergent. A great touch was the welcome basket of fruit, wine and water in the fridge. The villa is centrally located between Rhodes Town and Lindos, Kolympia is close by with plenty of shops and an impressive supermarket. Tsampika Beach is right around the corner and Faliraki is a 15 minute drive away. The owner Vasilis is a wonderful man who has created this villa for people to love and enjoy. He is so helpful and knowledgeable as is Isabella, who manages the property and is always on hand to answer any query. We have visited Rhodes many times and we love to explore the island but this is the first time ever we’ve been happy just to stay in. Vila Sivo is amazing and I can’t wait to return.

The villa is simply beautiful. The use of stone, wood and rattan as well as excellent lighting give it a relaxed, contemporary vibe whilst being supremely comfortable. It’s about a 20 minute walk into Kolimbia town where there are many restaurants and the excellent sandy beaches of Tsambika and Agathi are around a 15/20 minute drive. Rhodes Town and Lindos are around a 30 minute drive and are well worth a visit. The manager, Isabella, was so helpful and always available and the owner, Vasilis, was so friendly when he came to water the garden and check the pool. The villa is very private and very well screened, with the backdrop of mountains and neighbouring olive groves. We have had a wonderful holiday, thank you!
