Modern nieuw appartement met alle comfort. Op wandelafstand van het oude centrum van Neive ,supermarkt en restaurants.Goede parkeerplaats op straatniveau met bareel en afstandsbediening of overdekt. Mooi overdekt terras. Airconditioning in 3 ruimtes en apart regelbaar.Sympathieke eigenaars die vlug reageren op berichten. We kregen ook lekkere wijn en koekjes als bedanking.
Het enige minpunt zijn de voorbij rijdende vrachtwagens en tractors. ( misschien had dit te maken met de druivenpluk.) voor de rest 11/10. 😊

"La quercia": la casa vacanza migliore tra quelle in cui ho alloggiato. Edificio ristrutturato con un'attenzione speciale all'ambiente e al contenimento dei consumi: cappotto esterno; pannelli solari; infissi di nuova generazione; colonnina per la ricarica dei veicoli elettrici. Posti auto privati, anche coperti. Ampio terrazzo, attrezzato. Lavastoviglie; lavatrice; frigorifero con congelatore; piastra a induzione; forno tradizionale e a microonde. Arredi, elettrodomestici, suppelletti, sanitari e biancheria nuovi. Livello di pulizia eccellente. La signora Enrica è una persona meticolosa, attenta ai dettagli (nulla è lasciato al caso e la scelta del colore guida dell'arredamento è rispettata, con coerenza, su mobili e tessuti), premurosa, cortese e affidabile. La struttura accoglie animali domestici e, per i bambini, ci sono alcuni giochi. Neive è un borgo piccolo, ma dotato di servizi essenziali e, soprattutto, strategico per spostarsi tra Langhe, Roero e Monferrato. Unica pecca di Casa Baratta, in nessun modo addebitabile alla proprietà, è la rumorosità della zona.

Great communication with our host who was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. Very friendly and efficient check-in. The apartment was very modern and clean with comfortable furniture and great bathroom. Perfect wifi service. Excellent views from the very spacious patio. Kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely return. Thank you for an incredible stay in your beautiful town.

Easy arrival and private parking. The apartment is roomy and very well equipped, it has everything needed for cooking and eating, and the kitchenware and dishes are new. Balcony is perfect for having a drink with a pretty view which you have from the living room as well. The bathroom is also very well equipped, there's a washing machine too. The beds and pillows were comfortable. In five minutes you can walk into at least three delightful restaurants with regional dishes or pizza, or a bakery. Neive has a historical hilltop "borgo", absolutely worth seeing. In the "new" village where the apartment is there's a supermarket, and a 10-minute drive away you can find more shops in other villages. The location is great as you can reach all important wine destinations easily. The charming cities of Asti and Alba about 30 minutes away (take the small roads). And of course the neighbouring village of Barbaresco only a 5-minute drive. I could easily spend two weeks there and still think I saw (and tasted) only a fraction of what the region has to offer! Enrica will prepare an effortless arrival, is very helpful and easy to reach if you have any questions. For the summertime visitors, there is air conditioning (in April I didn't need the heating nor A/C).
Our stay was only four nights, so I didn't like having to go back home! Didn't bother me, but it's good to understand that the apartment is next to a road, and there is some traffic, but very calm for the night.
