Nos engañaron dando un apartamento que no corresponde con las fotos publicadas

Pese a que la urbanización donde está ubicado el apartamento está muy bien, no podemos decir que la estancia fuera lo esperado.

Nos sentimos engañados, ya que nos dieron un alojamiento que no corresponde con el contratado y pagado, no estando reformado y con mobiliario mucho más viejo y pérdida de servicios: sin horno, ni tostadora, ni mesa para comer, ni secador del pelo, ni plancha y material de planchado y sin instrucciones, por lo que no pudimos conectarnos a la wifi la primera noche. La atención del dueño fue muy mala, nos quejamos y se defendía diciendo que mejoraba la vista frente al contratado. Le solicitamos como compensación que nos permitiera una salida más tardía el último día y no nos permitió ni siquiera una hora. Nunca nos justificó el porqué del cambio.

No es de fiar. Reservado y abonado y el dueño cancela por overbooking

Ojo con el dueño. Después de tenerlo reservado con dos meses de antelación y ABONADO , nos llega un mensaje el mismo día (íbamos de camino al alojamiento) que nos lo cancelaba unilateralmente por “overbooking”. Sabiendo que íbamos con un menor. Aún no ha contestado a mi quejas. No os fiéis de este alojamiento.
