We loved it all!! Great Position, clean, iconic, comfortable bed, well equiped, fantastic balcony. Close to the cruise port and train station and restaurants all around. Went to the restaurant just next door and it was delicious. We will definitely come back here again and stay here. You can even get magnets that have this exact house on it. People will definitely take photos of your place.

Lage war 1a direkt am Alten Strom. Ein sehr modernes und sauberes Appartment. Am Abend trotz Fussgängerzone sehr Ruhig. Tolle Kommunikation zum Einlass. Hatten das Appartment mit Blick auf den Strom mit einer suoer schönen großen Terrasse. Alle war neu und super sauber.
Die Entertaimentausstattung war Klasse.
Das einzige ist leider die Parksituation. Leider nichts am Appartment man muss dank der tollen Lage ins oder am benachbarten Parkhaus/Parkplatz sein Auto abstellen. Ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit hohen Parkgebühren 15,- bis 18,- pro Tag sehr hoch.
Die Ausstattung des Appartments ist super, man könnten evt. mit einem Eierpicker und einer kleine Bratpfanne das Equiment auffrischen. Ein kleinerer Kaffelöffel könnte dazu gehören.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist bei diesem Appartement-Objekt natürlich die wundervolle Lage. Durch die zwei Ausgänge, kann man wahlweise direkt am alten Strom sich ins Treiben stürzen oder man startet in der Alexandrinenstraße und hat somit die kurzen Wege zum Markt/Kirche und dem Leuchtturm/Promenade. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig, modern und man hat ein gestalterisches Gesamtkonzept erkannt. Sauber war sie ohnehin. Das Apartment mit Balkon zum Alten Strom hat natürlich seinen besonderen Reiz. Einen Privatbereich mitten im Trubel des „Alte Strom-Tourismus“, wer hat das schon? Man ist mittendrin und irgendwie doch für sich - Super. Besonders möchten wir den Kontakt mit den Gastgebern hervorheben. Dieser verlief super reibungslos. Auf Fragen bekam man schnelle Antworten und es wurde auch ungefragt, nachgefragt, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas benötigen. Großartig! Wir können diese Unterkunft also nur weiterempfehlen. 10 von 10 Punkten!
