Brand new, very very clean and beautiful apartment.

Overall, the apartment was lovely and the staff were excellent. There were just two issues during our stay. The main problem was a constant sewage-type smell coming from the toilet, which made the apartment smell quite unpleasant when we returned after being out. We had to keep the bathroom fan running, open the balcony door and windows to air the apartment, and leave the fan on overnight. Once we did this, the smell disappeared and the fan seemed to stop the toilet smell from returning. The other issue was that there was no iron or ironing board in the apartment. However, the staff dealt with this very quickly and were extremely helpful. Apart from these two points, we really enjoyed the apartment and had a pleasant stay.

The suite was very striking and clean, as was the whole building. Front desk staff very accommodating and pleasant.

We paid for a King suite but this didn’t appear to come up to the expectation of a King, as the fold away bed didn’t exactly meet that criteria either. But having said that it was very comfortable, although at my age and slight disabilities found it difficult to get into, as very high off the ground. The rest was excellent, very clean and smart.

Amazing new apartment with great facilities. Well equipped.

A little away from the center but not really a problem. Parking in Gibraltar is a nightmare so have to park in Spain with a longish walk over border. awkward for getting cases etc as no where to pull in for drop-off.New Gibraltar apartment

Lo que es las habitaciones bien pero las vistas horrible directas a un cementerio lo hablamos y se solucionó con un cambio de habitación

Las vistas horrible al cementerio, que es imposible aparcar 25 libras el día una barbaridad y que el problema con la habitación fue a las 3, nos lo solucionaron a las 8 de la noche y que no hay nadie en recepción y te dice que pagues en el alojamiento con la moneda local y cuando llegas no se puede ni te dan ninguna opción
