First of all, the location is superb — just a 2 minute walk from the train station.
The rooms are beautifully styled with a 1950s New York theme, which gives the place a unique and charming atmosphere. The room itself was very spacious, with a humongous TV, and the room, kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed.
This is a small apartment-style accommodation with three separate rooms/apartments, all sharing a common bathroom and kitchen. Each room has its own key, which you collect from a key box upon arrival. One key opens the main entrance, while the other is for your private room. Everything is cosy, practical, and very well thought out.
One thing to be aware of is that the accommodation is on the 4th floor (3rd floor in European), and carrying heavy suitcases upstairs can be challenging. I arrived around midnight with my child and wasn’t aware that there was no elevator. However, I called the number provided with the booking, and a very helpful gentleman came within minutes to help us carry our luggage upstairs. He was equally kind and helped us again in the morning when we were leaving.
I only wish we had more time to explore both the city and the apartment, as we stayed for just one night. Nevertheless, we had a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend both the place and the owner.

Asunto oli hyvällä paikalla ja oli viihtyisä.
Yhteisessä keittiössä ( asunnossa oli kolme makuuhuonetta, yhteinen keittiö ja kylpyhuone) oli mm. vedenkeitin, astioita, teetä, kahvia ja kaakaota.
Kylpyhuoneessa oli hiustenkuivaaja.
Huoneessa oli kylpytakki.
Kingsize huone oli tilava, valoisa, ikkunat rautatieasemalle päin.
Sänky (sohva) oli mukava, samoin tyyny ja peitto.
Asunto oli ylimmässä kerroksessa, 70 porrasaskelmaa, ei hissiä. Tämä ei ollut itselleni ongelma kevyen repun kanssa, mutta raskaiden matkalaukkujen kanssa saattaa olla hankalaa tai jos on jalkavaivoja.
Kerrostalo, missä asunto oli, löytyi helposti, mutta ulko- ovella ei ollut mitään kylttiä yms. Epäröin olinko oikeassa paikassa.
Soitin asunnon vuokraajalle, hän puhui englantia ja oli oikein ystävällinen.
Hän oli laittanut ohjeet sähköpostiin puolaksi. Olin matkalla sinä päivänä 10 tuntia ja eri kulkuneuvoilla joten viesti jäi huomiotta.
Asunnon oven lukko oli hankala.
Kylpyhuoneessa oli viemärin hajua ja suihkusta oli vaikea saada sopivan lämpöistä vettä; tuli helposti kylmää tai polttavan kuumaa vettä. Muuten kylpyhuone oli hiljattain remontoitu ja siisti.
