We had a pleasant stay at Royal Beach Hurghada. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and located in a very clean and quiet area of Hurghada, which we really appreciated.
The room was tidy and comfortable, and we especially liked that it had a washing machine, microwave, and most of the basic kitchen essentials. This was very convenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.
There were a few things that could be improved. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi available inside the rooms. Also, the hotel did not provide the usual two complimentary bottles of water per day, which is something most hotels normally offer their guests.
Another point is the housekeeping service. You have to specifically request room service if you need anything; the staff do not regularly check the room to see if guests need anything or if something is missing.

1. The bathroom flooded, tge drainage was bad.
2. They didnt attempt to give us a takeaway or early breakfast. We told them at check in that we had an early flight the following morning and asked if they could give us an early or takeaway breakfast at 7.30 am instead of 8.30 am. They simply said no, too bad for us.

The pool and private beach were spacious, it was fairly peaceful and the breakfast was welcomed.
The deluxe room was very budget and wasn’t particularly clean: there were hairs in the bed and the bins had rubbish in them. The bathroom was tiny and the shower leaked. The huge windows spanning one side looked great in the photos but there was a corridor on the other side so I couldn’t even open the curtains. My air con didn’t work when I arrived (it got to 38 degrees) and it took a while to fix, even though I had asked and been approved to change rooms.
