I stayed here in the suite at the 7th floor for 3 nights;
1. Excellent location..at the heart of Thamel that never sleeps. Money changer, convenience store, spa/massage, plenty of restaurants are all within 5 minutes of walking.
2. Majority of the staff are excellent, in particular to Bikesh that really takes care of my needs. Shout out to Abhi, Nichal, security guards, cleaners & the restaurant staff...all are excellent...much appreciated.
3. The hotel facilities are new & clean. Very affordable considering all these advantages.
I would have rated it 10/10, if not due to the following reasons:
1. The cold water dispenser in my room doesn't work. As i stayed in the suite (high end room), this should not be too difficult.
2. You have to request for room service clean up daily, instead of the cleaners come automatically like most hotels.
3. I don't appreciate one of reception staff that lied when i stated that i need help connecting to HDMI. Instead of helping out, he just stated that the TV has no HDMI. Bikesh helped me in the end, thanks Bikesh.

It is quite modern facility with good value for money..Also the location which is in the heart of the city..And specifically the staff, all of them are very helpful, kind and sincere. The complimentary breakfast is also good.
I liked almost everything except the room had no window.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. Location is exactly what I wanted. They have a coffee restaurant serving excellent coffee also. Wonderful room service too.
