Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage! Sie liegt direkt an einer sehr ruhigen Straße, ist aber in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der wunderschönen Spinola Bay. Dort gibt es tolle Restaurants und eine schöne Promenade direkt am Wasser. Zu Fuß ist man auch sehr schnell im Partyviertel Paceville. Die Wohnung selbst war super ausgestattet, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Egal ob Frühstück auf den Balkon oder Pausen auf dem gemütlichen Sofa. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und war bei Problemen super zu erreichen und hilfsbereit!

Un appartement très accueillant, spacieux, avec 2 balcons, situé au 2eme et. avec ascenseur.
Proprete impeccable. Proprietaire facile a contacter. Position excellente près de Spinola Bay, endroit tres pittoresque, avec plein de restaurants et cafes autour. Supermarche SPAR a 2 pas.

The best thing about the accommodation is the air conditioning and the room storage.
- The dishwasher doesn't work even though it's listed as an amenity on the page, and the host complained because we didn't wash our dinner dishes.
- If you go out onto the balcony, you can't close the door because it locks automatically and you get stuck outside.
- The shower had lime and the bottom of the toilet was black, though nothing too serious. There is very little space to put your things in the bathroom, just a small shelf with no other furniture, and not even a hand towel. Also, if you use two rolls of toilet paper at the same time for whatever reason, the host will complain—she actually reprimanded us for it.
- The lighting in the dining room and kitchen is very harsh; there is no option for dim lighting to watch a movie or relax.
-We cooked two times and the host complained because it smelled like food.
- We didn't take out the garbage but we left everything tidy; the host complained that we didn't throw the trash outside the property, something that is neither mentioned on the Booking page nor was explained to us when we checked in.
In short, I do not recommend it.
Although it's fine for a one-night stay and a shower, provided you don't plan on cooking and remember to take the trash with you when you leave.
A shame, because the accommodation has potential.
