Location is perfect, room was clean and had adequate facilities to prepare food and drinks. Air conditioning was very good to have and ensure a comfortable temperature.
Access arrangements could be better, and more specific instructions and signage to locate the apartment. Every floor has different owners and occupants and room numbers are the same. Researching the property was difficult as results eluded to Queens Castle Hotel next door.

The location is great, right next to the city historical center, river and the castle
The soundproof is a joke. I could barelly sleep. They have a neighbour that has a dog and it stars barking from 7 pm. Because of the thin walls, I thought, in the first morning, that he is barking from inside our room. I went to that person door but he told me that he's going to take it out later then it will stop barking. He did... 2 hours late. That happened every single morning
