أعجبني الموقع رائع جدا و قريب من كل شي ، أعجبني الموظفون جدا جدا و خاصة الفتاتان و الشاب كانوا ودودين جدا و متعاونين و بذلوا الكثير من المساعدة لنا في حجز المطاعم و حجز المواصلات من و إلى المطار و في إرشادنا بالمواقع السياحية كانوا في غاية اللطف ، كذلك أعجبني عزل الصوت في الغرفة ، على الرغم من أن البلكونة على الشارع و لكن لا نسمع اي أصوات من الخارج كذلك اعجبتني النظافة ، يوجد أدوات مطبخ مثل الملاعق و الشوك و السكاكين و الكاسات و الصحون
قمت بحجز غرفة panorama balcony superior suite لاني كنت ابحث عن غرفة مع بلكونه و لكن انصدمت من صغرة حجم البلكونه ، الصدمة الاخرى حجم الأصنصير في الفندق ، اصغر اصنصير رأيته في حياتي حيث لا يكفي لأكثر من شخصين ، كذلك توزيع الغرفة كان مزعج جدا لنا حيث ان حوض غسل اليدين ليس داخل الحمام انما هو داخل غرفة النوم و سبب ذلك ازعاج ، حيث ان الشخص النائم ينزعج من صوت صنبور المياه ، كذلك المياه تتساقط على الارض في غرفة النوم و ذلك مزعج ، بالاضافة إلى ان اول ليلة لنا كانت كارثية حيث رغبت في الاستحمام و عند الاستعداد تفاجأت ان الشامبو و الصابون خارج الحمام مما سبّب لي معاناة و احراج بالخروج لالتقاط الشامبو ، كذلك لا يوجد مكان لحمل الشامبو و أدوات الاستحمام مما اضطرنا لجعل كل شي على الارضيه في منظر غير حضاري ، كذلك لا يوجد أرواب استحمام و ذلك غير مقبول لنا ، كان هناك علبتان صغيرتان من سوائل الاستحمام ولم يتم توفير المزيد منها إلا آخر يوم قبل خروجنا، كذلك لا يوجد مرآة عند حوض غسل الأيدي حيث كان هناك معاناة في الحلاقة ، ربما لان الفندق جديد ما زالوا في طور التجهيز

Beautiful design and decor, clean, excellent location. Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Athens. Excellent communication all along. We were treated so well by staff the whole stay.
