Zona esterna al centro e quindi molto tranquillo. Vicino a trattoria e pasticceria di qualità entrambi. 10 Min a piedi dal centro città. Molto fresca anche senza climatizzatore acceso.

Non è il mio caso, ma la mansarda forse un po' scomoda per persone di una certa corporatura.
