Consiglio, molto attrezzato e ben disposto

Domenico è cordiale e molto disponibile. La stanza è nuova, curata e pulita con angolo cucina ben attrezzato e funzionale. Il.bagno molto spazioso con la comodissima lavatrice asciugatrice, essenziale per chi come me era con 3 adolescenti....

Unica pecca: non c'è l'ascensore e l'alloggio è al 3 o 4 piano... comunque facilmente accessibile.

ironiquement : les semaines de traitement kiné et d'anti-douleur qu'il ma fallu pour me remettre. Et le temps de digérer le fait de mettre fait avoir, en passant pourtant par un site sérieux.... Je vous laisse découvrir le paragraphe suivant sur : que n'avez-vous pas apprécié ?

Notre loueur de voiture est arrivé très en retard à l'aéroport, nous avons donc prévenu notre hôte de notre futur retard pour la remise des clefs. Sa toute première réponse a été : vous devrez payer 10€ pour votre retard ! cela commençait bien ! Nous entrons avec lui par la porte de l'immeuble et arrivons dans une cour intérieure à moitié à l'abandon, en début de rénovation, avec du matériel partout. A ce moment, l'hôte nous guide vers un autre hall que le principal, une petite cage d'escalier. Je lui demande si nous pouvons prendre l'ascenseur aperçu dans le hall principal car je suis à mobilité réduite. Réponse : cela est impossible car celui-ci ne dessert par cette partie de l'immeuble. Et là commence mon calvaire : une soixantaine de marche à gravir avec nos bagages en plus ... (3 étages avec demi-palier intermédiaire). Je n'ose imaginé mon séjour...Ensuite je lui demande où se trouve la piscine intérieure décrite dans l'annonce (et qui faisait partie de mes critères prioritaires dans le choix du logement) très important pour mon handicap car je ne pouvais avoir mes séances de kiné hebdomadaires. Sa réponse : il s'agit sûrement d'une mauvaise traduction du site Booking, il n'y a pas de piscine ! Sur l'annonce figure pourtant bien les photos de la piscine ! Des toilettes où il faut s'asseoir en diagonale, coincé entre le bidet et le mur, autant dire inaccessible ! Je vous laisse découvrir "le balcon" également sur les photos... Voilà mes vacances transformées en calvaire !!!! Je demande donc le remboursement intégral de ma réservation pour annonce mensongère et abus de confiance d'une personne en situation de handicap ! Je compte sur votre professionnalisme et votre réactivité !

Struttura in una posizione strategica, sita in una Via elegante e con tutti i servizi e negozi che possono essere utili. Ben organizzata, arredata con gusto. Il proprietario Domenico, gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile.

Un limite è che l’appartamento è ubicato al terzo piano (7 rampe di una decina di gradini ciascuna).
