Cute little apartment in Urbino...with a couple modifications, this would have been an ideal stay.

Great location in a historic building with a phenomenal view. There was plenty of space for our family of four and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated.

Mattresses seemed to be a little dated. There also was noticabel mold on the ceiling which should be addressed...definitely an issue if you have anyone with respiratory issues.

Un appartement avec du caractère et une vue magnifique

L’appartement est vraiment charmant. Les meubles sont en grande partie chinés ce qui donne beaucoup de caractère et une vraie originalité. La salle de bain est nickel, le carrelage dans une teinte sauge très joli. L’emplacement est idéal et la vue sur le Palais Ducal et l’église absolument sublime.

Sur la mezzanine, il fait vraiment trop chaud. Même avec un ventilateur, impossible de trouver le sommeil. J’ai fini par dormir sur le canapé lit au rez-de-chaussée où il faisait beaucoup plus frais. Il y a un bar a proximité qui diffuse de la musique jusque vers 1h ou 2 du matin. Le volume n’est pas spécialement fort mais dans le calme d’Urbino, on l’entend bien. Cela peut être dérangeant.

L’appartamento gode sicuramente di una posizione centrale e comoda, e la vista è indubbiamente un punto a suo favore.

Purtroppo, questi aspetti positivi non sono sufficienti a compensare i numerosi e importanti disagi riscontrati durante il nostro soggiorno. Già al nostro arrivo, entrando nell’appartamento, abbiamo riscontrato un odore poco gradevole all’ingresso. Il problema più grave è stato però il caldo, che ha reso di fatto impossibile dormire. L’appartamento dispone di un solo ventilatore, insufficiente a rinfrescare l’ambiente. La situazione è stata ulteriormente aggravata dall’assenza di una zanzariera: per cercare di far circolare l’aria siamo state costrette a tenere la finestra aperta e, proprio nel breve periodo in cui l’abbiamo fatto, sono entrati due calabroni di dimensioni considerevoli, uno dopo l’altro. Una situazione tutt’altro che piacevole e che ci ha costrette a non poter tenere la finestra aperta, rendendo il caldo ancora più insopportabile. Abbiamo prontamente contattato il proprietario per segnalare la situazione e chiedere una soluzione. Sebbene abbia inizialmente risposto tempestivamente, non è stato in grado di fornire alcun aiuto concreto né una soluzione al problema. Ancora più spiacevole è stato il fatto che, la mattina del check-out, non abbia nemmeno risposto ai nostri SMS. Riteniamo particolarmente grave che, soprattutto in piena estate, non siano state predisposte condizioni adeguate per garantire agli ospiti un soggiorno confortevole e, soprattutto, la possibilità di dormire.
