The staff were wonderful and so helpful and friendly
They were well organised with great communication.
Rooms were modern and well equipped
Its also 5 minutes walk to entrance

Delighted at both the location and my room, exceeded my expectations. Roxana took exceptional care of all my needs and we shared coffee/ tea and people watching from the comfortable armchairs at the front. Super quiet at night and enjoyed some deep sleep.
Roxana also organised my day trip to Leaping Tiger Gorge/Shangri-La and Naxi wetlands. Excellent day out.
I only stayed 4 nights and wish I could have stayed longer.

Todo fue simplemente maravilloso. El hotel es tal y como aparece en las fotos: precioso, acogedor y decorado con muchísimo gusto. Contar con un baño al estilo japonés dentro de la habitación fue todo un lujo.
La ubicación es perfecta. Aunque está en pleno casco antiguo donde no pueden acceder coches, vinieron a buscarnos personalmente hasta el punto de encuentro del DiDi para ayudarnos con el equipaje y facilitarnos la llegada.
Sin embargo, lo mejor de todo fue la atención: tanto Roxana como su compañero son personas encantadoras, súper atentas y siempre dispuestas a ayudarte en todo. Sin duda alguna, nos volveríamos a alojar aquí.

We loved this place, and are already planning a return visit. The location is a few minutes walk from the nearest road access but they will transport your bags for you. The location itself is quiet but within a few minutes walk of plenty of the most interesting parts of the old town, as well as several goo places to eat. All the comments about Roxanna as a host are true - she made our stay so much better, whether it was organising trips, giving recommendations, or just having a friendly chat in the reception area. Breakfast is cooked to order, and is delicious.
