Jakuzzi+szauna, grill és hozzá faszén és sok eszköz, játszótér a gyerekeknek meg sok játék kertben és bent, a szobák felosztása, meg hogy több apartmannból áll, így nagyobb baráti társasággal is elfértünk kényelmesen, nagyon udvarias segítőkész a szállásadó, központi közelség gyalogosan
Volt pár pókhálós része a háznak, engem személy szerint nem zavart, de van akik rettegnek ezektől, kávé nem volt a kávéfőzőhöz, törölközőt hianyoltuk bekészítve, fürdőszobába meg egy zuhanyfüggöny elkéne mert így nagyon sokat kifröcsköltünk

The host was friendly and greeted us at the early check-in 1.5 hours before. At the checkout we were kindly allowed to depart 1 hour later. The host also came by the next day to show how to switch on the sauna because we couldn't figure it out myself. For the occasion of Easter there were plenty of chocolates and a small bottle of rosé wine. There are several boxes of toys which was another entertainment for children.
The house is split into 4 letting flats, our flat was upstairs with a balcony facing the playground and there was another family underneath. In the backyard apart from a nice playground with a swing, 2 slides, there is table tennis and a greenhouse with a hot jacuzzi bathtub up to 40°C and a dry Finnish-style sauna up to 80°C. The setting is good for a short countryside stay for a family with children. The train station is 15 mins walk (with train services to Budapest and around Balaton lake), Spar supermarket is 10 mins walk.
The kitchen has an efficient gas stove and all necessary utensils for cooking. Both double queen size beds as well as the sofa are comfy for sleeping.
The shower cabin has no curtains, the cabin edges are poorly designed and the water flows opposite to the drain and towards the living room. Luckily there's a mop with a bucket but after a few showers the entire bathroom floor gets soaked even after proper mopping. Door locks are difficult to close and to open especially at the main entrance so it was left always open. The stairs are a bit steep but nothing unusual for old houses in Europe. If there would be more than 2 families during the same stay it might get too crowded. A washing machine would have been useful. You need to always use a Translator app to communicate with the host as they speak Hungarian only.
About Balatonlelle
A quiet village with walkable streets, nice public playgrounds. Balaton lake is very close but there is no promenade, the whole coastline is being built up by private properties with small stretches of accessible strand which is also laid out with big boulders. Therefore not an ideal location if you need to see the lake.
