Location was great for what we needed
I’m not sure if you want me to answer this publicly. So prefer to keep it private
I didn’t realize there was 2 parts of the star the casino part and the residential part .
I struggled with the whole booking system Nathan was very helpful.
I thought I was booking thought booking.com which I found out later I wasn’t .
The easimart ,
only one room key .
the day before after paying for the room 3 days earlier only to get told I had cancelled my booking which I hadn’t .so many emails and phone calls later worked it out . A $1200.000 excess bond Not knowing there wasn’t any car park available at all for the room and having to book 500 meters down the road with bags etc.
When we got there there was not knowing which way to go really could do with a map of site with booking .
The rooms view was different from on the webpage.
The carpet was stained the out door table was stained one of the chairs felt wobbly.the sheets and doona looked liked they just pulled them out of the dryer after they had been let cool..sorry I think I’ve said enough about it all . Once we got there we spent most of the time with our friends which was lovely.
