Owners were nice.
It’s kind a sharing door with 2 more units and I was unfortunate to have some very loud neighbors, making noise and being loud and the walls are not thick. Plus the apartment next was under construction and would be nice to be informed when a hammer goes early in the morning. A bit more attention to cleaning would help.

The owner was exceptionally kind, helpful and professional throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, just a three-minute walk from the main public transport connections, near places to go out, with buses going both to the city centre and to the beaches outside Thessaloniki. The bed was comfortable, there was always hot water, and the air conditioning was clean, powerful and kept the apartment pleasantly cool. The fridge was also fully functional.
There are, however, a few things that could be improved. To be fair, some of these issues are outside the owner's control. There is a construction site directly opposite the balcony, which makes the view rather neglected. Above it, there is also a pigeon loft which can be extremely noisy in the mornings. The balconies and the outdoor area were quite dirty from pigeon droppings, particularly the pavement and the outdoor table.
The bathroom could also benefit from some renovation, as it looks rather old and worn, although it was clearly cleaned and hygienic. We also had some difficulty with the locking system for the various doors, including the main entrance, the interior door and the apartment door.
There was also a strong feeling of dampness and an unpleasant smell in the building's corridor, so better ventilation could make a significant difference.
Finally, we encountered a considerable mosquito problem during our first few nights, with more than 20 mosquitoes inside the accommodation and on the walls. We were bitten several times. Installing a mosquito screen on the balcony door or providing a mosquito repellent device would be a very helpful improvement.
Overall, the owner was wonderful and the location is excellent. With a few improvements to the bathroom, ventilation, door locks and mosquito protection, the accommodation could be considerably more comfortable.
