Poorly cleaned, far from the center

The shower was very nice and clean. We appreciated the host's recommendations and guides on places to visit in the city, which were helpful during our stay. He was also available online to answer our questions.

- Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the property did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, there was a noticeable smell of a dirty mop, and some parts were still wet, suggesting the floors had not been cleaned properly. - We found strands of hair in several places, including the bathroom, on the bed sheets, on the chairs, and on the dining table. - The tablecloth had ketchup stains on it, which reinforced the impression that the property had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. - Parts of the living room and kitchen floors were still dirty, and there were spider webs behind the sofa and on the ceiling. The mattress on the pull-out fourth bed was extremely dirty, to the point that one of our group preferred sleeping on the sofa instead. - The listing mentions a coffee machine, but there was only a moka pot available. This was disappointing, and we chose not to use it. - We already knew this before booking, but the location is far away from the centre, the beach, and the train station. However, with better attention to cleanliness and accuracy in the listing, the experience could be significantly improved.
