- great view of Petronas Towers
- pool is clean and spacious (but gets crowded in the evening)
- spacious apartment with fridge, kitchen and washing machine
- nice location, 7/11 is right next to the entrance
- at check-in our booked room was not available (…?!) so we got a smaller room. We were offered to change rooms the next day or get a refund. Only after long discussions and back and forth with the manager we got a refund (also for the first night in the smaller room) and partially for the other nights after deciding to stay in the smaller room and saving ourselves the hassle of repacking and moving. Although in the end we had a nice stay, this left a bad taste and could have been managed better & easier for a better customer experience.
- the bathroom was not clean; dirty for European standards, okay-ish if you are used to Asian bathrooms. No amenities (shampoo/soap) either.
