the place need some serious update.

Location is pretty good, the apartment is really spacious and with a nice parking lot. Having the restaurant on the ground floor is handy, but it comes with many hours of smell from the kitchen.

Kitchenware was pretty bad, and we were forced to go and buy ourself a pan and other stuff in order to be able to cook our meals. Refrigerator was missing bottle holders in the door and the freezer was almost impossible to open. The kitchen was not clean. There is a nice terrace, but impossible to use it when the AC was on as the unit is placed on the terrace and it's like having a truck engine running next to your head. Being right under the roof the apartment can be extremely warm inside, therefore having AC on is not an option.
