Posto auto a 10 metri dall' ingresso (a pagamento oltre alla tariffa Ztl dovuta al comune).
Pulizia, o non era stata effettuata oppure chi la fa non è del mestiere. Proprietario disponibile chiede scusa per l'accaduto.
Consiglio maggiore fornitura di utensili in cucina.
Di sera tardi rumori che non consentono il riposo generati da ragazzi che si riuniscono sotto l'appartamento in un giardino adiacente. Questo ovviamente non è colpa del proprietario.

Perfect location in the historic part of Siena, 2 minute walking distance to Piazza il Campo. Big apartment, parking place available (though very difficult to get the ZTL permit because the site is only in Italian and there are many many fields to check! But Mario was helpful in this regard).
Very good host, ready to help with everything!
The young people in the apartments nearby partying until 2 or 3 AM 😡 but this has nothing to do with the accomodation.
Could use a little refurbish with more modern facilities. But if you're away the whole day it's not that important.

Perfect location, just a few hundred meters from Il Campo. Very convenient parking place for such a central point, charged 10 euros per day. Mario, the host, was excellent, gave us helpful information and was eager to help with anything we asked. The apartment was fully equipped and well cared for. It is located in first floor, so not a lot of stairs to carry the luggage. Perfect view from the bedroom.
We were in Siena with hot summer weather. There was no air-condition in the bedroom and the one in the other room was not enough to cool the whole apartment. We asked for a fan and Mario brought us one. Unfortunately beside the apartment there was a private yard for a contrada and there where teenagers hanging around till very late (2.00 am), making some noise and not letting us leave the windows open at night to get fresh air. Curtains on the bedroom windows would be helpful.

Excelente apartamento. Muy buena ubicacion. La atencion de Mario fue excelente. Sin dudas volveria a hospedarme ahi.
