We've stayed here a few times because it's good value and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. We particularly like the comfortable mattress! The breakfast is very good - we loved the parathas with eggs or chana - and we also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.
The air conditioning didn't work so well this time. Also, we had to ask for toilet paper and a second towel and tea cup. If two people are staying in the room, it should be provided with two towels and tea cups. Our room was on the street side, which is noisier. The rooms on the car park side are shielded from the street noise and mosque noise.

This is the second time we stayed at the hotel. The first time we stayed in a 2-room suite, which felt very spacious and pleasant. This time we stayed in a 'Family room' which was a spacious room with a large bed. I'm not sure if it's larger than a double room or not. We liked the effective and quiet air conditioning, provision of a kettle and teabags, and the comfortable bed. The breakfast is also very good - we recommend the paratha and fried eggs, and the coffee wasn't too bad.
There was only one cup for making tea so we had to ask for another one, and also only one towel (this seems common in Hargeisa hotels, for some reason). There is not enough hanging space to hang two towels plus the hand towel. The front desk staff could be a bit friendlier and more helpful.
