Réceptionniste très réactive et disponible. Ça fait plaisir. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Parking facile.

The room I ended up in was of good size (for a solo traveller). Higher floor with unobstructed horizon view (versus new Cairo rooms that you oversee other buildings). The lady responsible for communication is a good English speaker and effective communicator, focusing on resolving issues that came up. It has a balcony with the typical Cairo dust - you can use if you clean it. Not many properties have such balcony with view.
It is not “didn’t like” but more areas for improvement: need to supply shampoo (even in pouches) and is possible disposable slippers. The power sockets and switches are in strange places but will do their work eventually. As in all hotels, check for things that were missed during preparation.

Location is good .
Room is so small , no regular cleaning. Need to be careful when used the stairs.
