The apartment is beautiful, roomy and extremely well equipped.
Also the old town is easy to reach (walkable) and there is the garage also.
Also the balcony offers comfort outside.
The arrival was a bit bumpy. I don’t know if it was a mistake or not, but I had not received any arrival info at all. Even if I had indicated to arrive at 16h.
The indication was numero 10, so we stood there and waited, on a roundabout…where people asked us already to leave- so extremely uncomfortable.
I tried to call also (3 times) and there was just an automatic response- not answering me.
Remark: I speak also French…
Then after 30-40 minutes I got a message finally, with indications , figuring out it was building 16.
The indications then were clear and we found everything, but why nobody can answer when you call, I still don’t understand!
We had also to ask for further details…
Don’t get me wrong, as the stay was really ok, but the start not perfect. Little advice: Write everything together- in advance-with ALL info collected. Or just pick up a call. It’s just 1 Minute….and all is clear.

The apartment is great and very comfortable, huge terrace, beautiful kitchen. Nice neighbourhood and close proximity to everything in Annecy.
Check in instructions could’ve been better. Property is on the hill, it’s not that easy walking up there.
