Fabulous location, close to beach and restaurants, lovely flat walks along boardwalk to river front.
Balcony view ideal for coffee / wine and snacks and observing the action. Light and airy lounge area , comfy beds.
The accommodation was spacious and had good facilities.
The whole place had a pleasant vibe.
There was a bonus beach hut to change and dry off. Very handy.
Parking was under building (but very tight space), luckily we have a smallish car.
Julie, the agent, was very pleasant and helpful.
The only toilet was in the lounge area and not the bathroom on separate floor, long trek to wash hands after using toilet and a long trek down stairs to use toilet at night. Shower was in bath (shower good), but awkward to get into and use compared to dedicated shower, resulting in wet floor.
Kitchen area small, but adequate. However, oven did not have temperature settings only numbers(?) which made it difficult to use.
Microwave didn't work (we only wanted to freshen up some croissants), but not a problem for us.
