располагается в современном красивом районе, новый дом. все необходимое для комфортного проживания в наличии. в шаговой доступности магазины и парки. приятный вид из окна и не менее приятный чистый подъезд.

I really liked how easy the check-in process was and how clean the apartment was. The location is excellent, in a great neighborhood with wonderful cafés and shops nearby, and the street is very pleasant to walk along. The manager contacted me in advance and helped me check in quickly. The apartment also has a washing machine, a clothes steamer, and everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay.
The water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, although this seems to be an issue with the building or the neighborhood rather than the apartment itself. There was also no truly hot water from the bathroom faucet—it was only warm. In addition, the kitchen knives were very dull and could use sharpening. These were only minor inconveniences and did not affect my overall stay.
