It was clean, accommodating, and felt like you were in a real New York neighborhood

The location was in the perfect neighborhood to start your days. Subway conveniently located to get to all other parts of NY.

Taking the spiral staircase to the shower would be prohibitive for elderly or disabled people.

It was a decent sleep aside from the heat and unease.

The apartment felt fairly secure. The lighting was good. It was relatively clean. The staff hosts stayed out of our way for the most part. They did seem like nice people. They did check in with us a couple times to ensure things were ok. It was very quiet inside the apartment even with loud events around us like the Puerto Rican heritage festival pre-gaming right outside in an adjacent apartment complex. East Harlem Bottling Company was across the street had a delicious chicken Sammy and they all had great staff. There is a nice coffee shop a couple blocks up the road called Frenchy Coffee. Perch just around the corner had amazing cocktails.

I had repeated messages about changes to the original listed including a change of advertised address and that the shower is not en suite, but instead shared with some of the hosts. The hosts repeatedly asked about us turning off the AC, which was an included amenity, every time we leave the apartment. This was in the middle of a heat wave with 95 degree weather. They left food in the refrigerator. We were told to lie if their landlord came by multiple times. The first couple days were filled with unease as we were expecting more issues while trying to enjoy our trip. We felt vulnerable if we were to complain which would have put our entire trip at risk.

Great value, charming neighborhood, and a comfortable, light-filled stay in Manhattan.

We loved our stay in this bright and stylish studio—it felt like an incredible deal for a whole place in Manhattan. The apartment gets lots of natural light, and having the small balcony was a great bonus. The neighborhood has a lot of character, with plenty of restaurants and cafés to explore. We especially enjoyed the vibe of El Barrio. It’s also very convenient, just about a 5-minute walk to the train.

Die Aufforderung seitens der Vermieterin zu lügen und vorzugeben, eine Freundin von Uliana zu sein, hat doch sehr misstr

Gute und zentrale Lage und im Gehweite zum Central Park. Lexington Avenue um die Ecke., praktisch, um Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu kaufen.

Leider absolut nicht sauber. Der Boden und die Oberflächen waren klebrig., das Badezimmer schmutzig und voller Haare. Die Fotos stimmen leider gar nicht mit der Realität überein. Die Küche ist ein Chaos, die Schubladen voll mit unnützen Dingen, die offenbar von Vorgängern hinterlassen wurden.

We loved our stay in this bright and stylish studio—it felt like an incredible deal for a whole place in Manhattan.
