We would like to sincerely thank the hotel receptionist for his wonderful assistance. Upon our arrival, we realized that our wallet was missing, and we had no cash or cards. We also faced difficulties in obtaining an Indian SIM card because we were on a free visa, which prevented us from using data-only SIMs with out a phone number. This made it challenging to use services like Uber, Ola, and Zomato. The receptionist kindly arranged an Uber for us and allowed us to pay for our accommodation in installments. Additionally, he helped us find our lost wallet by lending us his phone to contact Indigo Lost & Found and Indian Customs. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to locate it. Since we were visiting Kochi for medical treatment with three young children, an elderly father, and individuals recovering from hand and knee surgery, they were not able to carry heavy loads. His support made our situation much easier. He also recommended affordable places to visit in Kochi. Our family highly recommends this hotel. It is very conveniently located near Welcare Hospital, the metro station, grocery shops, family restaurants, a paan shop, a fresh juice corner, and some clothing shops. We are very grateful for his kindness and assistance. His help truly made a difference during a difficult time. Thank you very much.
