Such a charming place to stay, with warm greetings from the host upon arrival, including wine and fruit. The terrace and view are stunning, and the peaceful surroundings make it perfect for relaxing. We had a fantastic stay.

Ottima esperienza, se potessi attribuirei 6 stelle, mi sono sentita come a casa. Appartemento decentrato da Kissamos, immerso nella tranquillità. Monolocale recentemente rinnovato, presenti tutti i comfort (wi-fi, climatizzatore, impianto musica interno/esterno, lavatrice). Cucina fornita (macchina del caffè, piastre, forno, tostapane e stoviglie) per mangiare comodamente a casa, possibilmente in terrazza. Letto comodo. Grande terrazzo molto accogliente con una vista meravigliosa sul mare e sul paese. Giannis si è mostrato un host molto attento, puntuale, premuroso, ma mai invadente e è venuto incontro a tutti i nostri bisogni. Molto apprezzato il posto auto privato davanti a casa. Graditissima la frutta e le bibite trovate in casa, ma soprattutto il cambio biancheria a metà soggiorno (siamo rimasti per 12 notti). Molto utili alcuni oggetti per la spiaggia (ombrellone, teli mare e racchettoni) di cui poter usufruire per chi come noi ha viaggiato con bagaglio leggero in aereo.
Creta è una bellissima isola, piena di cultura e bellissime tradizioni, spiagge paradisiache (talvolta semideserte) e gli abitanti sono accoglienti e gentili con i turisti e si mangia benissimo. Grazie mille Giannis, torneremo sicuramente a farti visita! SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!

We had an amazing stay at Giannis' apartment. It is spacious, bright, and exceptionally well equipped. The huge terrace overlooking a beautiful olive grove is a true haven of peace. The location is quiet, yet less than 5 minutes from the Kissamos seafront, with its restaurants, cafés, and activities, making it the perfect place to stay.
Giannis is an outstanding host : kind, generous, and passionate about helping his guests discover the beauty of his region. When we arrived, he welcomed us with fresh fruit, cold drinks in the fridge, and even everything needed for an aperitif.
The apartment also features a smart TV, and one of our favorite touches was the outdoor sound system: using the provided tablet, you can easily play your own music through the outdoor speakers!!
The bathroom is large and includes a washing machine, which is very convenient. What really makes this place special is Giannis' attention to detail. He has thought of absolutely everything: beach equipment (umbrella, rackets, and games), a first-aid kit with bandages, cotton swabs !!! and so many little extras that make you feel completely at home.
We truly felt welcomed like friends rather than guests. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in the Kissamos area, don't hesitate—you simply couldn't feel more at home than at Giannis' place. We would love to come back!
