Didn't receive breakfast.
The bed.
Arrived at noon, called the help phone number, but still was unable to get in until 4pm.

The location was absolutely incredible. We spent at least an hour and a half outside when we got there and we didn't even get there until 8pm! It was beautiful and peaceful and I felt so at home (I grew up in Appalachia). The cabin itself was SO cute and well laid out, the use of the space was outstanding. LOVED the hot tub!
The bed and the couch were very uncomfortable. The coffee and creamer supplies were very old and not good at all. (Please invest in good coffee/creamer/sweetener -- it will really entice guests esp. at the price point this was available!) The lighting over the kitchen area wasn't working.
