Very close to Gare De Lyon which is what we wanted as we needed to leave Paris early the next day. Wouldn’t stay there if we were visiting Paris for a longer period of time as wasn’t the nicest area. Bathroom/kitchen/dining/lounge area were all good and spacious.
One bed was terrible, dipped in the middle so had to sleep on the edge. Other beds were fine. Very stuffy as no windows in bedrooms and fans provided were very noisy so we couldn’t sleep with them on.

Very pleasant accommodation. It was clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcome. Everything went smoothly and the accommodation met our expectations. We would be happy to stay here again. 😊

The location was close to the metro and there was plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.
Not enough basic supplies, broken appliances, unresponsive host
We stayed here for 5 nights and unfortunately can't recommend it. The apartment was under-supplied for a stay more than just a night or two, one hand towel for the entire visit (I quess to be used for both drying hands and dishes), a single small trash bag, and nowhere near enough toilet paper to get us through the week.
The fans provided to help with the heat were old and visibly caked in dust. The washing machine was broken and left full of standing water for our entire stay. We messaged the host about it the first night and didn't back until checkout.
One safety note, the staircase down to the bedroom is steep and would be genuinely hazardous for anyone with balance or mobility issues. Worth knowing before you book if that applies to your group.
Overall, the location may be fine, but basic upkeep and host responsiveness were seriously lacking.
