The remote access was quite convenient once set up, and the check-in video was helpful and easy to follow. It was also nice being able to come and go without having to worry about carrying keys around.

Very clean, nice layout and quite interesting decor. Kitchen well stocked and bathroom and shower great.
Just a bit challenging with entry for a less savvy older person not familiar with nuki and codes. Also there was a work site around the courtyard entrance. No major dramas.

Apartament drăguț, modern, curat, bucatarie dotata cu toate cele necesare chiar și unui sejur mai lung, aproape de statia de metrou, dituat intr-o curte interioară pe o stradă liniștită.
Incuietoarea inteligentă nu a functionat bine in cazul nostru. Codul pe care l-am primit prin aplicatie a aratat permanent invalid. Asta ne-a cauzat oarece stres deoarece a trebuit sa lasam usa descuiata si sa plecam din nou in oras seara. Avand in vedere ca exista și o poarta cu interfon pentru intrat in curtea interioara si ca iti poti lua cu tine actele si lucrurile indispensabile, sm incercat sa nu lasam asta sa ne strice sejurul. Din interior usa putea fi incuiata manual.

Marco,who facilitated our arrival information obviously was never there and the address is incorrect. The exact address given is a company .took us 10 minutes to figure out there was another entrance which is also a n entrance for a day care ( inconvenient when needing to sleep in with kids/babies screaming).
Our host asked us if we needed anything, to which I replied more towels and toilet paper, only to be given a response "We will provide bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay. Towels and linens are provided enough for the maximum guests allowed". Granted we had three bath towels, 2 were good size, 1 smaller, and additional one had to be used for stepping out of the shower as the floors got wet from each shower use, and the hand towel had to be shared by 3 if of for 3.5 days. We had to buy toilet paper because the roll and a half (not standard roll in US) wer so tiny. We also had to purchase paper towels due to one towel in kitchen for everything.
The towel warmer did not work. Both the host and the facilitator from booking , inquired re.our departure when it clearly stated we had to leave by 11am, with each stating a different time. We had to use some locking device and get an app which only one if us could use and it made it inconvenient when not all of us were together.nwe inquired about getting code to use with another phone and finally did get a code.
The bed had no steps so you had to use a book case and the arm of the couch to get up and down to/from bed which was utilized by over 60 years old.
