Su ubicación, buena terraza con vistas y orientación
Mobiliario en mal estado. Muy sucio. Sábanas con pelos, que parecían usadas. Aspiradora totalmente llena de pelo de perro y filtro lleno de porquería guardada en el armario de la cocina. Aire acondicionado nuevo pero lleno de suciedad, pelos y moho. La nevera congela, pero no refrigera alimentos(parece faltarle ventilación)
