Clean, comfortable bed, new bath, space well used.
the fry pan was old and very stretched. i don’t think metal spatula should be used on teflon pans and pits.

It's very clean and beautiful inside, I don't think we could have found a spot of dirt if we tried. Everything is new, cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We slept well on the beds. It's walking distance from a very good beach (Taito). The host is kind and responsive and provides detailed information.
It might be nice to add a few more items to the kitchen: maybe an electric kettle, butter knives, cooking pots that have handles, and oven mitts if not. The loft area ceiling is low and it's mildly physically challenging to enter and exit it on the stairs. We were given directions to a small next-door beach with walking access to Taito Beach, but we kept seeing "do not enter" signs and barriers, so maybe the situation has changed?
