My final room was a good space and comfortable. Most of the staff were helpful and smiley.
Please take this warning … I would not recommend staying at the Noor Palace Collection Hotel. I booked two nights at the Noor Palace “Hotel” - confirmed to me in June (6 months before I arrived). The day before I was asked what time I was arriving on the Saturday. On Saturday they denied knowledge that I was staying on Saturday. Only by showing the various messages did they accept I had booked. They then put me in a dingy apartment away from the hotel in an area they obviously do not think is safe as the door automatically electronically locks with 5 metal bars. I was travelling with 2 female friends who were in the hotel and so I was isolated, in a dingy apartment, in an unsafe area. I asked to be moved or my money back. To be fair, they did move me into the main hotel and the room there was fine but only after I wanted my money back. Why was I not there to begin with. Others have said they did not get what they booked and I would not trust them. My friends electricity failed at 4am ( no water or air con.) and it took some fuss to get them to fix it. 8 hrs later. At the end I was overcharged for breakfast - I take that to be my punishment for complaining. The other staff were friendly and smiling. It is not a hotel but rooms dotted about with a reception area. There are better hotels and apartments at better value.

Zentrale Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Für italienische Verhältnisse super Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Handtuchwechsel. Klima funktioniert gut und Fenster schließen gut. Großer Kühlschrank. Balkon. Das Bett reagiert auf jede Bewegung.
Wir wurden direkt beim Einchecken auf ein anderes Hotel umgebucht ( selber Inhaber). Warum hat man uns nicht gesagt.
Zimmer ist etwas dunkel. Sehr hellhörig.
Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bilder entsprechen nicht der Unterkunft.
Sehr steile und schmale Treppen. Sehr enge Gasse, hat auch was.

Hôtel rénové, pas la même chose qu’en photo mais ça va.
Beaucoup s’essuie de douches ainsi qu’un journalier des chambres, on valide.
Emplacement très bruyant malgré le double vitrage, rideaux non occultants, quelques fourmis dans la sdb.
