This villa is a perfect space, especially for hosting retreats or staying with a group. There are five rooms, each with its own private bathroom, which makes it very comfortable and convenient for everyone.
The territory is spacious, green, and fully private. There is a swimming pool, a dedicated yoga area, and even a fire space, which creates a very special atmosphere for relaxation and group activities.
The owner, Martin, is extremely responsive and attentive. He genuinely cares about guests’ comfort and safety and is always available when needed.
The villa is looked after by a local family who maintain the space beautifully. Everything is clean and well-organized. The wife cooks delicious local breakfasts and lunches, which adds a very authentic touch to the stay.
I have already brought a group of girls here for a retreat, and they were absolutely impressed with the place. The experience fully met and even exceeded expectations.
Overall, this villa is ideal for those looking for privacy, comfort, and a well-managed, peaceful environment.

Good quality build. Beautiful swimming pool. Incredible yoga facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The tuk tuk from the property to the beach is easy to arrange at a very reasonable price.
When you want back to Zenki, make sure you close the price and they know where Zenki House is.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, tranquil oasis in the heart of the jungle. Incredible swimming pool under tall palm trees, and amazing space for yoga. I will be bringing my yoga practitioners here for retreats. Highly recommend 👌

Beautiful natural space with lovely ensuite rooms, modern yet retaining a Sri Lankan vibe. Surrounded by nature, loved waking up here and the breakfast on the terrace was just perfect.
