I'm naturally a moaner, I sometimes think I go out of my way to find something to moan about, so I was very disappointed that there wasn't anything to moan about with this place. Met by the host Sarah on arrival, everything explained. Essentials (tea coffee, milk etc) cream tea waiting for us, what an amazing start to our holiday, and that's just the humans! It's advertised as "dog friendly" Yup, and more, treats and play things for the pooch, even pooh bags. Was it clean you ask, da*n straight it was, believe me, I looked for muck but Sarah was just beating me at every turn. Great view, very peaceful park, just far enough away from the beach to be quiet but an easy walk into the center, there is a hill to navigate but even with some mobility issues I managed fine and there is public transport available. Every little extra I could hope for, comfortable outside seating, windbreaker, cushions, the list goes on! We left something in the accommodation, I'll be getting it back because that's the kind of great host Sarah is. I realize I'm gushing a little and I'm trying very hard to be negative about something but I just can't, we had an amazing week and staying here contributed immensely to that. Will definitely return. Many thanks.
Didn't like the fact that I can't moan, not even about something small. It ticked every box for us and some we didn't know we had.

It was very well equipped and had everything you need for a very comfortable stay and a great holiday. Very comfortable beds, good hot shower and a lovely view

Absolutely quality accommodation. Spotlessly clean & modern. The bed is amazingly comfortable & the shower is great. The hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure guests have a great stay, all possible bases covered for any needs whatsoever!! Pets are just as well looked after too. Brilliant welcome pack on arrival, an unexpected but great touch.
Highly recommended and will definitely be booking again.

The caravan was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Very warm and cosy with everything you need for your stay.
The views out of the big windows were great overlooking the sea at Perranporth. Perfect for the morning sunrise and even better for the evening sunset.
The site was very clean and quiet.
I would truly recommend you book this as your next stay in Cornwall.
