The location was perfect to get to Kirkstall Abbey and surrounding area. Quiet residential street. The property itself was lovely with comfy beds and good seating areas; the outside was particularly nice too. Would definitely return.
Only thing that could have made the stay even better was perhaps a "welcome pack" or the like with some milk, biscuits etc which I have received when staying in other properties. However this is a minor thing - we enjoyed the entire stay, great communication from the host too.

I booked this property for my colleagues who were working locally. They reported a pleasant and comfortable stay and said the property was clean and all facilities were accessible and of full working order. They would definitely come back should they be working close by again. Thank you :-)

Perfect location for our stay. For an annex, the living area was comfortable as was the bedroom. Easy onroad parking.
We didn't dislike anything, but the shower room is certainly "compact" and there's no lighting over the kitchen sink area, so one stand's against the living room light when prepping food or washing up.
