Nur ca 10 Fußminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, liegt diese großzügige und gut geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war wirklich blitzsauber. Sie liegt im EG mit einer kleinen Treppe davor. Es gibt vor dem 8 stöckigen Haus ausreichend umsonst-Parkplätze. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein italienisches und ein asiatisches Restaurant, eine Bäckerei und ein polnischer Mix-Max-Markt. Wer Stadtnähe, ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Ruhe sucht (es handelt sich um keine Durchgangsstraße), ist hier genau richtig.
Eigentlich gab es nichts. In diesem Stadtteil gibt es viele mehrstöckige Gebäude. Dies nur als Info. Uns hat dies nicht gestört.
