La casa, su due piani, è spaziosa e molto accogliente. Si nota l'attenzione della proprietaria nel prepararla con cura per gli ospiti, dalla pulizia al raccoglitore con tutte le informazioni utili.
Sul retro c'è un giardino e tanto verde.
Molto comodo il parcheggio privato, davanti all'ingresso.

La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile: è arrivata immediatamente di persona per risolvere un piccolo inconveniente e ci ha anche dato consigli utili per un itinerario.
La zona urbana circostante ha un aspetto piuttosto trascurato, ma uscendone si raggiungono luoghi bellissimi sia vicini che a 30'-60' di macchina.
L'appartamento è dotato di lavastoviglie: sarebbe perfetto se vi si aggiungesse anche una lavatrice.
