Fantastic sea views. Breeze throughout. Spotlessly clean and very friendly welcome from Jay who showed us into to the property. Coffee machine on the table a nice touch as well a nice herbal tea for bed. Walk across the road to the Southsea rock gardens - well worth a visit. Enjoy the rocky beach.

Be aware the property does have some stairs but not many. Parking is easy. The apartment has a lift but you have to navigate about 10 steps - that’s all. We did not struggle with 2 adults and 3 kids.

We had such a lovely stay at this apartment! It was spotless, beautifully kept, and had amazing views. The location was perfect and communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish — they were so friendly and helpful. The neighbours were also really welcoming and chatty which made the stay even better. We would definitely come back again!
