Nothing everything was perfect

Las habitaciones bastante grandes en relación a otros lugares, el lugar es cómodo y muy silencioso para descansar, la terraza en la azotea tiene una buena vista.

El acceso a la habitación y comunicación con el personal es complicado. Muchas de las personas llegan a hacer check in temprano ya que viajan en la noche para llegar a Goreme temprano y no hay un baño disponible en el hotel para ellos.

La verdad que estuvimos muy cómodos y contentos con la ubicación, la limpieza y la habitación, estaba todo perfecto

Por sacarle algo negativo, es que no hubiera nadie personal para atenderte, lo único que te atienden por WhatsApp bastante rápido

The room itself was relatively spacious, quite new, and the mattress was soft and comfortable. However, my overall experience was very disappointing. The photos on Booking show bright rooms with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but I was assigned a windowless basement room instead. Another guest who arrived on the same flight, booked the same room type, and paid the same price was given an upstairs room with windows. Since I arrived late at night and was exhausted, I reluctantly accepted the basement for the first night. The biggest problem was the extremely strong chemical smell from the newly renovated room. I am very sensitive to odors and have a dust mite allergy. The next morning, I contacted the host because I wanted to extend my stay for two more nights and politely asked if I could move to an upstairs room with windows. I explained that I could not tolerate staying in a sealed basement with no ventilation. The host refused in a very arrogant manner, saying that only another basement room was available. I decided to check out and book another hotel instead. What made this even more frustrating was that when I left, I clearly saw multiple vacant rooms upstairs and downstairs being cleaned. It certainly did not appear that the hotel was full, which made me feel that the host simply did not want to accommodate a reasonable request despite charging the same price. There is also no reception, no air conditioning, no breakfast and the hotel is about an 8–10 minute walk from the main street, making it less convenient than expected. After leaving, I stayed at another Hotel instead. Although the room was slightly smaller, but cheaper, bright with 2 windows. it was more than adequate for one person. It was actually cheaper, included an excellent breakfast, had a staffed reception, and when I requested a higher-floor room, the front desk happily accommodated my request. The room had two large windows, plenty of natural light, was clean, airy.

the room is in the basement without windows, and has a strong chemical smell. and the host refused to exchange a different room. no breakfast, far from the Main Street. no front desk, self check in.
