Although a short way (approx 15min walk) from the sea there were great views from the house over the sea, with beautiful moonlight reflections on the water. The kitchen is excellent, and the two living rooms were welcome giving a separate play space for the children. There is also a lovely piano. The beach hut is on the stoney beach but not far to walk to the cobb and the sandy beach and was a welcome addition as a base. The garden is private and quiet, good for the kids with an excellent verandah on which to watch the sun go down. The car park space was very useful.
We had no complaints about the accommodation. It was a little difficult to find as we missed the house sign on the wall in poor light. We'll offer a suggestion to the owner to improve location instructions.
